Your trial ticket, step by step

A Golden Ticket from one of our faculty, or a teal Dancer Invite from one of our dancers, gives your dancer one week of unlimited free trial classes at 509 Collective. Both work exactly the same way. Here’s what to expect, from the link you were sent to your dancer’s first class.

Getting your ticket

Open the invite link
A faculty member or one of our dancers shares a personal link (it looks like /i/their-code) or a QR code you can scan with your phone camera.

Fill in your dancer’s details
We ask for the dancer’s name and date of birth, plus the parent or guardian’s name, email, and phone. The birthdate makes sure your dancer is placed in the right class level.

Get your ticket code by email
Right after you submit, we email your ticket with a code like 509-ABC123. If it isn’t in your inbox within a few minutes, check your junk or promotions folder — first-time emails often land there.

Sign your waiver before you come
Every dancer at 509 needs a waiver on file — trial or not. You’ll sign it when you set up your parent account, and it takes a couple of minutes. Doing it at home means your dancer can walk straight into class instead of waiting at the front desk.

Our full class schedule is on our website, always current. Filter by your dancer’s age, the days that work for your family, or a style they’re curious about. Your ticket covers as many classes as you’d like during your trial week.

Register as a trial
When you sign up, choose the trial option rather than a full enrollment. If you’re not sure which you’re looking at, ask at the front desk or email hello@509collective.com — we’d rather answer than have you guess.

Email hello@509collective.com with your dancer’s age and what they enjoy, and we’ll recommend a few classes to try.

At the studio

Check in with your code
Arrive about 10 minutes early. At the front desk, show your ticket code — or open the redemption page and enter it yourself. That starts your week of unlimited classes.

What to wear
Comfortable movement clothes and hair tied back. Bring a water bottle. If a class needs specific shoes, we’ll have a pair to borrow for the trial.

Come back all week
Your ticket is good for one full week from the day it’s claimed, and it covers unlimited classes in that window — try as many styles as you like.

Ready to join?
Loved it? Enroll online through the schedule or ask the front desk. Because you came in on a ticket, you’ll get $25 off your first month’s tuition. Whoever invited you is automatically credited — nothing extra for you to do.

Common questions

Does the ticket cost anything?: No. The trial week is completely free.
My ticket expired — now what?: Talk to the front desk or email us. Our team can extend your trial window.
I never got the email.: Check junk and promotions first, then ask whoever invited you to resend it.
Can siblings use the same ticket?: Each dancer needs their own ticket — just claim a second one with the same invite link.
Do we have to sign anything?: Yes — one waiver, signed once, covering your dancer for the trial and for anything after it. You’ll do it when you set up your parent account.
